A well-established organisation in Doncaster is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Role Overview:
As an Executive Assistant, you will manage day-to-day operations for senior leadership, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and ensure the smooth running of administrative tasks. You will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders and assist with key projects and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage senior leadership diaries, prioritising meetings and commitments.
Handle inbound and outbound emails, filtering for relevance and urgency.
Prepare agendas, reports, and meeting packs; take minutes and follow up on action points.
Process and submit expense claims.
Coordinate internal and external events.
Produce documents, reports, presentations, and briefing papers.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide general administrative support to senior managers and ad-hoc projects.
Maintain high standards of organisation within the senior leadership offices.
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership.
Degree-qualified or equivalent experience (preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
Desirable:
Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
The Details:
Location: Thorne, Doncaster (on-site, 5 days per week)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Salary: £30k+ (dependent on experience)
